EveryCorner — Shipping Policy (India Only)

At EveryCorner (operated by Dash Impex LLP — GSTIN: 24AAZFD3581C1ZA), we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shipping experience across India. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Delivery Timelines Are Estimates Only

All delivery timelines mentioned in this policy are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on courier capacity, location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-volume periods such as sales events, festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.), or promotional campaigns, processing may take 3–5 business days.

  • We will notify you if any unexpected delay occurs.

2. Shipping Timeline (India)

Please note: These are estimated timelines.

  • Metro cities: 5–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 8–15 business days

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: 15–20 business days

3. Shipping Partners

We use Shiprocket as our primary logistics and fulfillment partner for order dispatch and delivery across India. Shiprocket enables us to work with multiple courier networks to ensure safe and efficient shipping.

Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.

4. Shipping Fees

We currently offer free shipping across India on all eligible orders placed through EveryCorner.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

All applicable taxes are included in the product pricing unless stated otherwise. Customers will not be charged separate shipping, handling, or delivery fees under normal circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with:

  • Order tracking link

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery timeline (non-guaranteed)

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Other customer-related reasons

The order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

Re-shipping charges will apply if you request re-dispatch. Alternatively, refunds may be processed after deducting RTO charges.

7. Undeliverable Locations

Some remote or rural pin codes may not be serviceable.

If your address is undeliverable, we will:

  • Contact you to arrange an alternate shipping method or nearby pickup location

  • Offer a full refund if no alternative is feasible

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged or tampered

  • With missing items

  • With incorrect products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email admin@everycorner.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

9. Wrong Address Disclaimer

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

Once shipped, address modifications may not be possible.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

EveryCorner is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festive season volumes

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Strikes or civil disturbances

  • Natural disasters

  • Remote location constraints

  • Incorrect customer-provided address

We will still make reasonable efforts to assist with updates.

11. Lost in Transit

If a courier confirms a shipment as lost:

  • We will initiate an investigation

  • Offer a replacement (subject to stock) or full refund once confirmed

Investigation timelines: 7–10 business days.

12. International Shipping

Currently, EveryCorner ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

13. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customers may:

  • Refuse delivery, or

  • Initiate a return as per the Return & Refund Policy.

14. Peak Season & High-Demand Periods

During peak shopping seasons and sale events:

  • Processing and delivery times may increase significantly

  • Deliveries may take up to 3 weeks (21 days) or more

We recommend placing orders well in advance.

15. COVID-19 or Emergency Situations

During public health emergencies or natural disasters:

  • Delivery timelines may be extended

  • Some locations may become temporarily unserviceable

  • Orders may be held at courier hubs
