EveryCorner — Shipping Policy (India Only)

At EveryCorner, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shipping experience across India. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Delivery Timelines Are Estimates Only

All delivery timelines mentioned in this policy are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on courier capacity, location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods such as sales events, festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.), or promotional campaigns, processing may take 3–5 business days.

We will notify you if any unexpected delay occurs.

2. Shipping Timeline (India)

Please note: These are estimated timelines only and are NOT guaranteed.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 5–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 8–15 business days

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: 15–20 business days

⚠️ FESTIVE SEASON DELAYS:

During major festive periods (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Christmas, New Year, etc.) and sale events, courier services experience significantly higher volumes.

During festive periods, please expect delivery times of up to 3 weeks (21 days) or longer, regardless of your location.

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance if you need items by a specific date during festive seasons.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Check our website for current offers.

Any applicable taxes, state entry levies, or octroi charges (if required for certain products or locations) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with:

  • Order tracking link

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery timeline (non-guaranteed)

You may track your order anytime using the provided link or contact us for assistance.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts to your registered address.

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Other customer-related reasons

The order may be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin).

Re-shipping charges will apply if you wish to have the order re-dispatched. Alternatively, we can process a refund after deducting RTO charges.

7. Undeliverable Locations

Some pin codes in remote, rural, or hilly areas may not be serviceable by our delivery partners.

If your address is undeliverable, we will:

  • Contact you via email/phone to arrange an alternate shipping method or nearby pickup location

  • Offer a full refund if no alternative is feasible

Please verify your pin code serviceability by contacting us before placing an order if you're in a remote area.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged or tampered

  • With missing items or accessories

  • With incorrect products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email admin@everycorner.in with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, product, and any visible damage

  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly through replacement, refund, or compensation as appropriate.

Note: Please inspect your package upon delivery in the presence of the courier representative if possible.

9. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you need to modify your address, please email us immediately after placing the order and before it is shipped.

Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, RTO charges and re-shipping fees will apply.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

EveryCorner is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays or operational issues

  • Weather conditions (floods, storms, cyclones, etc.)

  • Festive season rush and high courier volumes

  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or curfews

  • Strikes, riots, or civil disturbances

  • Natural disasters or public health emergencies

  • Remote location constraints or road accessibility issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer

While we cannot be held liable for such delays, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with tracking updates and alternative solutions wherever possible.

11. Lost in Transit

In rare cases, packages may be marked as lost by the courier.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeline and the courier confirms it as lost, we will:

  • Initiate an investigation with the courier

  • Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or full refund once the investigation concludes

Please allow 7–10 business days for the investigation process.

12. International Shipping

At the moment, EveryCorner ships only within India.

International shipping is currently not available. We will update this policy if this changes in the future.

13. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you no longer wish to receive the order:

  • You may refuse delivery when the courier attempts delivery

  • Or you may initiate a return as per our Return & Refund Policy (14-day return window, ₹200 return shipping fee applies)

14. Peak Season & High-Demand Periods

During peak shopping seasons including:

  • Major Indian festivals (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Navratri, Christmas, New Year, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, etc.)

  • Sale events (Republic Day Sale, Independence Day Sale, Amazon/Flipkart Big Days, etc.)

  • Year-end holidays (December–January)

Expect significantly longer processing and delivery times. Deliveries may take up to 3 weeks (21 days) or more during these periods.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Place orders well in advance

  • Avoid choosing COD (Cash on Delivery) if possible, as COD orders may take longer

  • Stay patient and track your order regularly

15. COVID-19 or Emergency Situations

In case of public health emergencies, pandemics, or natural disasters, shipping services may be affected across the country.

During such situations:

  • Delivery timelines may be extended indefinitely

  • Some locations may become temporarily unserviceable

  • Orders may be held at courier hubs due to lockdowns or movement restrictions

We will communicate any such disruptions via email and on our website.
